How To Make Oven Baked Salmon Bites with Sweet Paprika

All it takes is 2 simple steps to make these oven-baked salmon bites.

Step 1: cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces. Transfer them into a baking dish, evenly sprinkle the spices and oil over the salmon, massage to coat, and leave to marinade overnight or at least 2 hours.

Step 2: Bake the salmon bites for 10-15 minutes at 220°C / 428°F.

And that’s it, your delicious and easy oven-baked salmon bites are ready to be enjoyed. I like to serve mine with homemade pickled onions, a drizzle of tzatziki sauce, and some relish made with simple tomatoes and cucumber.

Store any leftovers in the fridge, and eat within 24 hours.

How to Reheat the Salmon Bites

Not recommended, best to eat it fresh off the oven. but if you must, reheat the salmon bites in the oven at 220°C / 428°F for 5 minutes or until hot enough.

Easy quick weekday salmon bites recipe with sweet paprika.

Ingredients

  • 250g salmon fillet (without skin)
  • 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3/4 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 3/4 teaspoon finely ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
