How to Make Digestive Cookies
Tip the rolled oats, flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda into a bowl and stir to combine
Add the cold butter to the dry ingredients and mix to form a crumb, drizzle a tablespoon of milk to it to bring it together.
Mold the mixture into a round mound, then roll it to about 1cm thickness. Leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 160ยฐC /320ยฐF
Cut out the biscuits and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 10- 11 minutes (rotating the baking tray halfway through).
Leave the biscuits to cool completely before dipping them in chocolate.
