“Your life-changing experience awaits, pick 1 destination and just go!”
I left home in 2008 because I yearned for more. I think a part of me wanted to escape, not sure what. But it seems that traveling to some unfamiliar land thousands of miles away from home was my self-prescribed medication. Did it work? Well, let’s just say that I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to travel to as many places as I have. Met people who changed my life, with some engraving themselves within me so deep I couldn’t pluck them out if I tried.
So where have I been and what mischief was I up to there? Lived in Naples for a while. Here are some places you must visit while in Italy: Sicily (Enjoy Catania & Palermo’s amazing beaches and food). Pompeii and Villa poppaea-Scavi di oplontis (Historical sites dating back to the Roman Empire). And Capri, where you go to fall in love.
Dare to travel, it’s an opportunity to rediscover yourself.

I remember Portugal for its people’s warmth and hospitality. Beautiful Scenery and mouthwatering desserts. Definitely a place I would travel to again. Lisbon for the vibrancy, Sesimbra: a quiet little village town, the perfect place to get away from the city life. And Oceanario de Lisboa considered the largest indoor aquarium in Europe; it is one of the ideal places to spend a family day.

Dear United Kingdom, there are so many good things to write about you. But for now, I’ll start with Manchester, where I call home. From Altricham Market for some stone oven pizza, wine, and serenades. To Silence at the Peak District National park for some much deserved chill time.
