I created My food memoirs because I love to cook and decided to share my knowledge and experience with you. Emphasis on ‘share’ :). I consider this blog as a little space on the web where I share snippets of my life with you. And in the process, I hope you can share bits of your life with me and fellow readers through comments, or contact me on my email. This can be in the form of memories related to food, ideas on how to make a recipe better, alterations you may have done on a recipe, and believe the rest of us would benefit from.
While I aim to share what I think you should know. I also look forward to hearing from you on what content you want more of. And of course, where you feel I can do better. I am very much open to constructive criticism because it is one of the ways we can learn and grow from each other.
My educational background is in International hotel operations management, with a specialty in Hotel Reservations. When my head is not buried in this blog I work as a Content Account Manager in the Igaming industry. This blog is an avenue for me to showcase my passion for food, writing, and the hospitality industry. So let’s engage in conversations about things we love, hope to change, or just cannot live without.
