The sauce and spinach measurements in the recipe section are for 1 pizza. However, should you want to use it for 2, then just double the amounts.

How to Make Creamy Spinach Pizza in 4 Simple Steps

Step 1- Prepare the pizza dough: use this simple homemade pizza dough for beginners. it yields 3 medium-sized pizzas. This will take about 6 hours.

Step 2- Prepare the spinach: Wash the baby spinach and add it to a pan with about 1/4 cup of water. Cover and blanch for 2-3 minutes or until wilted. Squeeze out any excess water from the spinach and set aside.

Step 3- Mix up the ricotta pizza base sauce: Whisk the double cream, ricotta, salt, and freshly ground black pepper until smooth and there are no lumps (make sure you taste it for seasoning). Put it in the fridge until you are ready to use it.

Storage

Thanks. I made a rendition of this last night and I’ll admit I put a lot more ricotta on, it was delicious. Thanks for the recipe.
